Stiftung Arbeit und Umwelt der IGBCE participates in the German Climate Day
On May 12th, 2022 the Stiftung Arbeit und Umwelt der IGBCE attended the first German Climate Day hosted by the Klima-Allianz. The German Climate Day assembles science experts and representatives of non-governmental organizations and politics to discuss challenges and concrete solutions for just climate politics. On the panel industry and economy executive director Andrea Arcais debated with Lisa Badum (MdB B’90/DIE GRÜNEN), Dr. Katharina Reuter (Bundesverband Nachhaltige Wirtschaft e.V.) and Dr. Georg Kobiela (Germanwatch) on socio-ecolological change and transformation of industry. He argued for a just transition and good working conditions for workers in industry.
